Volatile Rounds not Proc. Has anyone else gotten an issue where the perk on the seasonal artifact that turn void rounds into volatile rounds after picking up and orb not activating? It was working for me fine yesterday and earlier today but a few hours ago it wasn't giving volatile rounds. Yeah, think u need a void heavy equipped for it to work.
